Last week I was pretty quiet on the blog. I did pick up a few extra classes to help some friends out. Here’s what the workouts looked like for the week of the August 18- 24.
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: Kettlebell Lower Body (2 classes)
Tuesday: Kickboxing (2 classes)
Wednesday: Kettlebell Upper Body (2 classes)
Thursday: Rest : )
Saturday: Poker Run – 17 mile bike ride
This week is bring a friend week to Kosama, so I’m hoping to find a few takers! Also, I’d love to take a dip in the newly remodeled 7 Flags pool and try this through back synchro workout I meant to do last Thursday.
